James was excellent and--even though we live in Rockport--we will definitely call on him again for his plumbing help in the future. Truly, I don't think we could possibly have received better service--and on a Saturday no less!!

James was very responsive, knowledgeable, professional, and nice. He helped us with our Navien tankless water heater and he knew exactly what to do to fix the problem (and it wasn't what the troubleshooting guide indicated). He also explained the repair to us and gave us great suggestions on maintenance we can do in order to keep the problem from happening again.

I trust James. And, I trust that he did the job right. I suspect he always does the job right.

James is a top notch plumber who was extremely accommodating and patient explaining the plan and working with change orders on the fly. We needed to replace a kitchen faucet and i was lucky enough to discover Ocean Plumbing . They came out the next morning, and the job turned out to be a little more complicated than we thought. It wasnt long, out with the old, in with the new faucet. They even went out of their way to clean up and take away the old stuff. Far and away the very best service, a highly professional job and right down to explaining the new faucet operation and what to expect or to look out for. Need a plumber then you you need these guys.

I normally don't write reviews but I felt the need to do so after a job well done. The technician that came out was very friendly and knowledgable. He fixed an issue that a previous plumbing company didn't. Office staff was also very courteous when setting up the inital appointment over the phone.
